Thank you for your interest in our site.

During this time of world crisis there is opportunity to change our lives, right now, by attending to the quality of our mind and our way of being. Every one of us can make a difference to our world through the intention of kindness and compassion and fresh energy that we bring to actions.

Our main group is continuing with the practice of training the mind in kindness and compassion and to let go the fears, anger and distress that we so easily and habitually add into situations.

If you would like to join in our 30minute online zoom meditations on Thursday mornings at 8:15am and/or Sunday evenings at 5:15pm then please get in touch through this contact page. (and then check your junk mail for response!)

We are now also able to offer a small community meditation group, open to everyone, led by senior members of this group. You are welcome to come along and we are grateful for small suggested donation of £3-£4 to help pay for the hire of the facilities if you are able to do so.

It is held weekly on Mondays 5.00pm – 6.00 pm at The Grandstand, Carholme Road, Lincoln LN1 1SE The weekly Meetings will resume again on 8th January 2024 Everyone welcome, no need to book.

(We suggest that you park to the right in the grandstand car park and the entrance to the hall is at the rear of the building, via the open wrought-iron gate. Just follow the arrow)

You can find more information about the community meditation group on Facebook page

(Lincoln Sati Meditation Group) and via email : pmcame@icloud.com

There are many meditation practice talks on You Tube, with world class teachers, such as Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, Thich Nhat Hanh, Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo, Joseph Goldstein and Tara Brach which may be useful for you. Also there are other zoom online offerings from Gaia House. https://gaiahouse.co.uk

Here are some youTube teachings that are particularly relevant to the situation now.

.Remember that whenever you are sitting in meditation there are many people in the world also sitting in meditation and wishing you well and happy and free from fear. We never sit alone, we are all interconnected.
